The website as it stands today
The shop is a coming-soon presentation. It does not offer customer accounts, newsletter registration, ordering, checkout, or payment collection. We have not installed advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or embedded social feeds.
Information you send to us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use this to respond to your request, manage relevant correspondence, and address concerns or obligations related to it. Please do not send information we do not need.
Information used to deliver the website
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting and security infrastructure can process connection information such as your IP address, browser request information, timestamps, and technical logs to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare describes its handling of information in its privacy policy. We have not added a visitor analytics dashboard or advertising service to this website.
Information stored on your device
The game stores settings, mission progress, exploration state, companions, and any earned reward code in your browser when storage is available. The website also remembers your cookie preference. These values are not sent to Faith Alone by the game or shop code. They are specific to your browser and website address, and are not a cloud account or synchronized save.
The cookie policy describes the storage keys and how to remove them. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or changing devices can remove or separate saved progress.
Sharing and service providers
Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services. We do not use this site to sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose correspondence or relevant information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address a lawful request, protect rights, or investigate misuse. We do not make the game save available as a public profile.
Retention and location
Browser data remains until you remove it, your browser clears it, or the relevant feature updates or replaces it. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to deal with the matter and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical service-provider data is handled under their own retention practices. Service providers may process information outside your country.
